Traditional
Our classic cut — beef cured the old-fashioned way with coriander, salt and vinegar, then air-dried to a deep, savoury chew.
Fatty
Marbled cuts with a good ribbon of fat left on. Softer, richer, and the favourite for anyone who likes their biltong moist.
Lean
Trimmed close, with the fat taken off. A firmer, drier bite for those who prefer their biltong on the lean side.
